Bootcamp

 TRIMFIT BODY BOOTCAMP Our Bootcamp has been designed so that anyone can take part, whatever their level of fitness. It mainly uses bodyweight exercises, with all of our instructors able to scale exercise so every one can manage the classes. Our Trimfit Body Bootcamp sessions are all about quality not quantity (30 minutes), so focus on high intensity and incredibly effective interval training. We work the whole body in each session & using whole body movements to really increase the work load to produce  much faster results.
